WARRANTY POLICY FOR SALES FROM THE UK

NAVIGATOR Interface: No hidden clauses, no nonsense, just simple

Warranty:
90 day functionality
warranty (direct exchange). Shipping costs to us paid
by thecustomer and return costs will be paid by us.
The above is subject to the unit being
returned in as new condition, and the problem being a
Navigator functionality one, and not one where damage has
been caused by the user. Under such a circumstance
negotiation would take place in such a situation.
Three (3) year parts and labour.
You pay shipping and send it to us for repair, and we will
ship it back to you repaired at our cost subject to the same
basic proviso. That we will honour our commitment subject to
the Navigator not having had service work carried out by any
other than ourselves, nor damage caused by the user. There
are no user adjustments within the Navigator, and absolutely
no reason why a user would need to open the Navigator or
attempt a repair. This is an honest statement of fact, and
irrespective of whatever reputable company a user purchases
equipment from these provisos will form a part of their
policy. We state it up front and in honesty.

Cable harness:
Warranty:
All cable harnesses shipped from us carry
a 90 day functionality
warranty. Should a cable harness prove to be
defective it will be
replaced.
Shipping costs to
us to be paid by the purchaser.
Return shipping costs to the customer will be paid
by us.
Note: All
products returned to us should be insured by customer!
We will ship the replaced product to the customer via
First Class Mail insured with Delivery Confirmation.
Price Refund policies:
NAVIGATOR:
A FULL
refund
(including shipping charges) will be given for all
units for a period of 30 days from the date
of purchase subject
to the following we require the unit be returned in the
same new
condition as when it was sent to the purchaser. The returned unit
MUST be packaged adequately in order to eliminate carrier damage
as any marks, case or other damage would be charged for. Refund
will be paid immediately following our inspection of the returned unit.
After the initial 30 day period no refund will be given
however our
warranty still applies.
Cable harness:
NO refund.
SUPPORT TO NAVIGATOR SALES PURCHASED FROM EZE(UK):
All EZE(UK) sales are logged, and irrespective of any warranty we offer a
personalised service. Under all circumstances we will support our
customers if they have a genuine problem. It should be highlighted that
we do not offer a who shouts loudest gets results first service. We
treat each and every customer in exactly the same manner as they treat
us. UK telephone service support is
available to customers as indicated by us in the product support information
accompanying shipment, and within the user manual.
Email support is personal as there are no robots in any section of our
service, and such support has no time limit ie it is a lifetime support
to the original purchaser of units purchased from EZE(UK). A full
technical support is offered from our equipped workshop to both service,
and cover both warranty and ongoing needs. This service extends to
Navigator units sold on as long as the original purchasers name and
purchase details are supplied. Note that service to units beyond
warranty are chargeable.
NON EZE(UK) NAVIGATOR SALES:
Please be aware that EZE(UK) only supports
Navigator products purchased through this exclusive agency which
includes Iceland, Eire, UK, and both Western and Eastern Europe. All
EZE(UK) sales are logged, and any
Navigator or cable purchases not sold to the user by ourselves are not covered by EZE(UK) for support, servicing,
warranty, or returns, which must be directed back to the supplier of
origin.
All Navigators and cable assemblies are
sold as fit for purpose. However it is necessary for the purchaser of
any equipment which interfaces to other equipment to ensure
compatibility between them and to ensure that any connections made are
checked prior to applying any power. Neither Rig Technologies, EZE(UK)
or any persons associated with either accept any responsibility or
liability for any loss arising from the failure on the part of the
purchaser to check the installation.
